I gave this place a second try due my regular doc's recommendation. Walk-in hours begin at 5:30 p.m. I arrived at 5:50 p.m. and was asked if I made an appointment. I explained that my doc told me to walk in, no appointment necessary. I was turned away as they were "booked". I could be way off base here, but I don't think this qualifies as a "walk-in" clinic if you need an appointment. The Middlesex Urgent Care on Washington Street is the best place is Middletown for walk -in care.

I never do this, but so disappointed when you arrive 15 minutes early before they open, you are first on a Sunday and once they let you in they tell you that the doctor they have on duty can't see your child because he is not 12. Not posted online, nothing. Had to drive to Glastonbury.... And now their computer system is down.
