ProHome administers the warranty on a home we just bought. We are in the middle of our first "issue" and are having a very positive experience with them. They are very responsive, proactive about following up on topics, and have clear processes for how to resolve issues. Plus they are friendly.

Truly a great example of how a business should not be ran. Communication is horrible with this group. Aside from the inspector identifying findings through his walk through as well as our findings with the realtor being coupled and even having some of the same findings between the two separate occasions,  the only consistency has been the inconsistency of service. The inspector has zero sense of urgency, organizational skills or understanding that though the customer may not work in home construction, they may actually know something about construction. The dispatcher is a modern marvel as well. Her job, call to schedule something, call again  call again, never think of escalating or setting a job as a priority as all she knows to finish call and schedule. If you think that finding out what the issue is, why the subcontractor isn't getting the messages or wonder why thinks the 5th time in a row that she has inquired about the same thing and not think somerhing isn't right....you would be the one that's wrong.  You would also be reminded that the problem is yours as it resides in your home and her job is to merely call and report......nothing more and subjectively nothing less. As a reminder to all that uses this business,  the "e" in e-mail stands for evidence. Never delete an email when dealing with these people. I would rather pay out of pocket than rely on the poor customer service that this group has perfected.
