DO NOT BUY TICKETS IN ADVANCE!!!!! Bought VIP No Wait tickets in advance for Trey Songz birthday party. Between 11:45 and 12:30, they literally let no one in from the VIP Line or the general admission line. Then they announced that the club was at capacity and they were not letting anyone else in. Dozens of people who paid had to leave. If you look at other reviews, you’ll realize that this is their M.O.

Don't go to this club! It is absolutely horrible because the service is horrible, even when reserved tables they kick you out if you don't buy a lot of alcohol from them continuously. Plus the drinks are ridiculously expensive. And to top it all off the security guards are extremely aggressive to the point that they should be fired. I will never go to this club again because I was traumatized.

This place is garbage, they advertised for Lil Uzi Vert but when we showed up, he wasn't there and nobody knew If he was coming. This is typical and should be expected, but this is obviously unethical and it also means I can never trust anything this club advertises for. That being said, I did have a good time, but still this is just unacceptable. Drinks were decent prices though

Wheelchair friendly both venue and staff. The dance floor and the walking are on the different levels making it easy to navigate the venue. Security guard by the outdoor and indoor area are helpful to those in need of a accessible bathroom. No wheelchair access from the side entrance but you may enter the main entrance.
