Mission

Prokowiew Law is dedicated to meeting the needs of a diverse clientele, focused on those with disabilities and their needs in ADA enforcement, Social Security disability entitlements, guardianships, and estate planning. We also provide counsel in a welcoming environment on matters pertaining to employment law, contracts and mediation.
Our goal is to advocate for those who need a strong legal voice behind them, to ascertain the needs of the whole person, and to treat our clients with respect. We will also advocate publicly, aiming to encourage dialogue about the needs of people with disabilities, by speaking to organizations and others whenever we can.
