A horrible place! The staffs are terribly rude! They don’t allow me to sit there, just for few minutes until my girlfriend finish her test! Then why the hell they put all those empty chairs there for? There are more than 20 chairs, nobody expect another girl is using one of them! I was super quiet and polite, making zero noise! I think they just don’t care about their attitudes, cause they know you have to take the tests there, or you’ll have to drive another 40 miles to Auburn. For those who have a choice to choose another test center and want a good mood before testing, my suggestion is:DON’T COME HERE!

October 18 was my first time there. I was so sceptical after reading the reviews. I arrived 25 minutes before my test schedule, it was crowded. They gave me an instruction to read and it stated what to expect when they check you in. In my opinion, the staff did what they were instructed to do. I wore a non-pocket attire with long sleeve non-hoodie top (inside the test room was cold). I didn't wear any jewelry; not even wedding ring, necklace, ear rings, and watch. Those were really helpful with your check-in process. My test was last for 4 hours. In the end, they were courteous and answered my questions. Bottom line, I just wanted to finish my test and didn't want to deal with another stressful situation.

Two stars because the testing room was quiet and somewhat comfortable. Otherwise the staff was rude and the facilities were gross. Used tissues on the floor, bathroom door does not close properly and there is no water fountain. The lady that checked me in was unfriendly and bossy. She barked orders instead of asking us nicely. During the pre-test inspection the guy posed rhetorical questions instead of directly telling me things. (like, "Um, can you tell me WHY you are wearing a necklace, exactly?"). So, I was pissed off before I entered the exam room and that is not how you want to start one of the most important exams of your adult life. I would have given them one star but the exam room was quiet so at least there was that.

Unprofessional. Will not recommend this test centre for women. Despite having female staff only male staff is doing security screening for women and he was asking nonsense questions about what do a female person is wearing inside while doing screening which was unprofessional. It's good that you are doing security checks but you should arrange female staff to do the screening for women.

This place is horrible. Every single member of the staff that I encountered had a bad attitude. There is an old mildew kind of smell. The bathroom is not clean. Well, in all honesty, the whole place unclean. I was handed a clipboard and paper that had ants crawling on it. Then, the woman who took my ID while I signed in used it to COVER HER MOUTH WHILE SHE COUGHED. Once she realized what she did, she handed my ID back and said "Sorry". Oh great, now I have to take my exam while my ID has just become the world's most disgusting fomite. Ugh! Everything about this place is sad and gross.
