In one word unprofessional!!!!  

With a dead well pump, we called Pronto for a quote, and was told a tech would be out in the next morning, by 6pm no show, arrived at 7:30pm (after dark). Tech spent 10 minutes shining a flashlight around the top of the pump, and told us that we would have to cut down all the branches up to 30 ft on a pine tree 20ft from the pump, remove 20ft of fence and cut a foot out of our roof, and to call them back when that was done so they could pull the pump and left, no invoice, no quote, not even a card. 

After 2-3 weeks we get a call from the owner, acting like a collections agency, demanding payment for the visit, never sent a bill in the mail. Now after we a 2 months 12/6, they (the tech and owner) just show up on our door step at 7:30pm demanding a check and finally presented us with our first invoice for the call, and request the check be made out to the owners personal name and not the companies name on the invoice, no dice.

out of 4 companies we contacted, Pronto was the only one that was "no-call" late, and did not leave a quote, price ball bark, or card. And Pronto was the only one that charged us for just coming out and spent the least amount of time here.  

In one word unprofessional!!!!
