Unprofessional and unethical. @properties failed to disclose that the house purchase contract they signed and returned had not actually been approved by the seller's bank. When this mistake killed the deal, the @properties agent was completely clueless as to what happened and I was left hanging with several hundred dollars of expenses for inspections and utilities that were in vain. When presented with an itemized bill, requests for reimbursement were refused. Additionally, @properties was incredibly difficult to communicate with, sometimes weeks going by with unanswered calls and emails. Don't waste your time and money, go elsewhere if you want a competent real estate broker.

Everyone at the office is so friendly and professional!!!!!! Would highly recommend any agent.
