I cannot say enough about my entire experience with PCS. The character of this company is this: Honesty, integrity, total follow through, and very helpful/responsive to the homeowner throughout the entire process. I was working with a difficult insurance company that did not want to award my claims, at least from my layperson's standpoint, from the roof to windows. I simply wanted to make sure that what I felt should fairly be covered by insurance was covered. PCS found more damages that should have been covered for my home. What was most impressive to me was the steady, credible, and objective style in which PCS unequivocally built the case with the insurance company to totally cover what rightfully should have been covered. This requires skill that a smart layperson doesn't have, and this case building is a core competency of this company. That being said, the kind of workers that this company hires to do the actual, physical labor is of the same ilk. They are courteous, attentive, hardworking and thorough. Truly, from top to bottom, the people of this company are the finest that one could experience. They also seek to discuss winning solutions for the customer. I would have a hard time finding a better company to work with than PCS. I could not be happier with the outcome on my home. Strongly consider PCS!
