Roofing Experience I hired PHI Roofing to do a shingle roof for $11,000. They did the basic roofing work but of course did not follow up on details that were promised like removal of a pole, patch a hole, etc. They had to be called back because the permit was not approved until they properly caulked into some of the seams. They say it’s warranted up to 130 mph and that has not occurred in Florida in years yet when about seven or eight shingles blew off from one area I called them to repair it. 15 minute job at most. I got through to the owner one time and he promised to call me each week to let me know when I would get on the schedule. That was six weeks ago. Now he does not return my calls. I’ve been promised many times that it would be fixed to no avail. I have finally given up and will end up doing this myself. I even told them I would be doing this review and they didn’t care.

After hurricane IRMA I called first thing Tuesday morning talk to Jeffrey took all my information told me that they had someone in the area that would tarp my roof. The roof came off during hurricane Irma I was assured that they would call me today (Tuesday). We waited all day no call. Called Wednesday spoke with whoever answered the phone the gentleman put me in the system computer and assured me that I would hear from someone soon, again waited all day no one showed no one called until 5 o'clock that day when Mark called and said he would call me by 10 o'clock the next morning still no roof tarps. Then again Thursday morning no call at 10 AM At 10:28 AM I called again spoke with Mark he was very apologetic. Nice guy but then Jeffrey got on the phone and pretty much hung up on me! The morning of Thursday it rained and the ceiling collapsed on my mobile home! after a hurricane of such magnitude and you get someone on the phone about a roof just needing tarps youbelieve that they will help you you basically put your security in their hands and this is the way that you get treated after a storm. I really don't care how good they are putting up a roof I think if you don't help your fellow Americans through a rough patch and you keep lying to them, you have absolutely no integrity. If they did not want to help me they should have told me! now my mobile home is a complete loss because they wouldn't help me when they said and promised they would. Don't know if it'll do any good but will report them to the Better Business Bureau These are the times when people need honesty and integrity I guess this is when you show your true colors

After the hurricane, I had a big hole I'm my roof from a tree limb blown out of a neighbors Oak tree. The ceiling was soaking wet from the rain coming in and I thought the entire ceiling might collapse. I called Property Home Improvement, and they came out the same day and put a tarp on the roof to stop the water making things worse. After the storm had gone, and the roof dried out, they came and replaced the roof, helping me with my stubborn insurance company and even repaired the ceiling that was damaged. All the people were so helpful and kind, especially during my ranting. They made me feel like everything was going to be alright...and it was. I wouldn't use anyone else now.

A couple of weeks ago I had a new roof put on my home. I hired Property Home Improvement and they did an awesome job. Everything was done in a timely manner and all the employees I had dealings with were super!!! I would recommend them to everyone out there!!

Good estimate. Fair pricing. Better than competition. Repaired my roof after Hurricane Urma. #Done
