After reading the other reviews here I was more than a little apprehensive when my pain management doctor referred me to this facility for spinal imaging.

But after receiving THREE critical thoracic, cervical and cerebral MRI scans over three consecutive days in June of 2017, I could not be more pleased with the service and professionalism of Pro Scan Imaging.

They did everything in their power to make me both physically comfortable during the imaging as well as supporting me emotionally and sympathetically by listening to my various anxieties over the very real possibility of an adverse neurological diagnosis resulting from the scans.

Lou Ann and Robin were particularly helpful, but I interacted with at least six different employees over the course of four or five days (including the days following imaging to pick up written reports).  All were extremely personable and professional.

All three disc images were immediately available to me following the imaging sessions.  Written reports were available within 48 hours with the lone exception of my brain MRI, the written review of which was apparently affected by the occurrence of a weekend.  When I went to pick it up Monday afternoon, it still wasn't ready, but the receptionist assured me if I could wait five minutes she would see that it got completed.

I did, and she did.

I've had two previous MRIs at other facilities in Louisville, including a hospital setting.  These guys are the BEST!  They are my go-to imaging facility from this day forward.

What a mess! One woman was on her phone the whole time, didn't even bother looking up. I tried asking a question but she couldn't be bothered to hear me. The other one did great, was enjoyable to deal with. But it was such a frustrating experience, I'll insist on going somewhere else in the future. Oh, and as I'm leaving she was still on a call! Taking personal calls in front of patients is extremely unprofessional and just plain rude.  Do not recommend this place!

Hard to get through when calling after scan is done. No return call after message left to pick up a written report. Inaccurate History placed on report which may raise flags with Insurance Company when there is no injury history as written on Medical History  by pt. Will not use them again!

Great experience. Stuff it's very friendly and committed. They explained to me the whole process perfectly before to start. I'd  recommend them 100%
