Poor Customer service and I did not even have service.  Well I called on Monday, schedule an appointment for 2 hours later, received call 10 minutes later they were too busy with flooding, so rescheduled for Wednesday.  On Tuesday, received message that if I still needed assistance to call.  I called and said I was schedule to receive service on Wednesday.  OHHH.  So we can come Wednesday between 3 - 5 pm.  I said are you sure?  Sean/Shawn  said" There are no guarantees in life", so I said, so you might not come tomorrow.?  well.  I said nevermind, I will call someone else.

I love ProServ Plumbing!!   Everyone went above and beyond their normal duties to help me get through a very stressful plumbing issue.  Thanks to Juan for his very professional efforts and experience that brought us through this trying time. Juan helped me arrange financing that was very comfortable for me. Thanks to Robert and Edgar for all their efforts during a very hot week. Thanks to the office staff who handled my problems quickly and efficiently. Thanks to the tile men who were very quick and who do excellent work.   A Very Special thanks to Andrew for all his TIRELESS efforts to advise me and help me.  This whole team made my life so much easier with their  PROFESSIONALISM And EXCELLENT WORK.
