When this first opened after the rennovation, it was great! Now this wash seems to leave soap residue all over my car and the dryer leaves the car just as wet as when it came in to the wash.  You would think after paying $10 for a car wash your car would come out spiffy clean. The plus side to this place... free vaccuums. My consumer rating C-

***WORST CAR WASH EXPERIENCE*** AUTO CAR WASH BROKE MID WASH AND LEFT ME AND MY TWO BOYS TRAPPED IN THE BAY WITH A CAR FULL OF SOAP. PROPERTY IS SUPPOSEDLY UNDER 24 HR surveillance but we were there for 30 MINUTES before my husband pressed the emergency door opener. We TEXTED AND CALLED THE OWNERS/HELP NUMBER SEVERAL times AND NO ONE RESPONDED. still haven't heard back from them..... TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! FAULTY MACHINES... SERVICE NUMBER WENT STRAIGHT TO VOICEMAIL.....will NEVER go back

I use the automatic was and it is the best one in the area I have found.  The complete wash or Ultimate package only takes 7 min but will handle pretty much everything including undercarriage.  The cleaning bay is clean and equipment seems well maintained.  Highly satisfied.
