In the two years I lived in my apartment in Prospect Heights, I never had trouble with the property managers -- Prospect Heights Realty. In fact, they were often helpful and pleasant to work with. 

Unfortunately, when I moved out in August, I was assured my deposit would be returned within the week. Well, it's now nearly December and still no deposit. Needless to say, I'm not pleased that I've still not been reimbursed and now, they're not returning calls or emails. 

I'm hoping I don't have to bring this to court, but, at this point, I think I'm headed that direction.
