I have banked with Prosperity since it was First Federal and on 29th St by Subway. 21 years a go. I've seen lots of changes through the years they have always been very helpful with my bank needs. Friendly always!! My favorite is PB on Longmire. Thank you ladies esp JAZZ!!!

Worst Bank in town will tell everyone I know to never go to them!!! They  need negative stars!  Unprofessional , no wonder always empty and no cars!!!

Wish I could give no stars. Went into this bank with my sister who was trying to open an account and bcs the address on her license was not correct (due to moving 2 days prior ) the bank manager looked at her and laughed and said "then I can't help u". How professional! There are a long list of ways to verify an address not just by a drivers license. This woman was totally unprofessional and we will never use a prosperity bank bcs of her!

Prosperity Bank will not notarize any document that has to do with family matters - wills, power of attorney, etc.  

And, their web site is not up to date - been wrong for the last 2+ years.  

Fortunately, I also bank with Bank of America, so I will drive over there to get a piece of paper notarized.

Your institution almost just lost all of my accounts. Thanks for nothing, College Station, you are lucky there is someone in Houston that cares about their customers.
