Went with a friend to start a checking and savings account. The man that helped us, Colton, was extremely nice. He answered all of our questions and helped him pick the correct checking account. I will be returning to start my own savings account soon!

They once got a new card in for me, didn't tell me when it came in and just cancelled my card after it had sat there sometime in their office. I had to wait until I could go in and find out what happened. When I asked to go ahead and pick up the new card, they told me it had been shredded because it hadn't been picked up! What a joke this bank is!
