Dont bring your car to this place. They change the price for labors/parts without noticing you. My car got damaged in aaccident, so i brought my car to this place to repair. They estimated the price for repairing my car around $700, i agreed with that price,so i left my car there. After 5 or 6 days, they called me because my car was done, but they also told me that the price was increased to $1100. WTH was that? They told me the parts were more expensive than what they expected. Well i would be cool if they talked to me first. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

Like the previous review said, If you hate your car, take it here. I took my car in for a fix after an accident, and now my car needs more repairs than I can ever afford. It's cheaper now for me to just get a new car. Because of this place, my car has suffered from numerous cases of overheating; the first being from no coolant (who forgets to add coolant?!) then the hose disconnecting itself from poor work,causing two coils to burn out, and finally  leading to my car's final demise: a leaking radiator and a blown head gasket.
This is all from one little trip to Protek.....
And to top it off, I found a foot print underneath the hood of my car. You tell me how that happens. ):

My car went from good clean smooth engine to oil spillage all over my engine, grill missing, not working car.  If you hate your car, take it to Tommy Tuan.  This guy seemed like a nice guy but he isn't.  He will mess with your car and then try to sell one of his cars to you.  That's his scheme.
