So my hair was dark brown with 50% salt & pepper growing in. I had to do my roots often and I was tired of it. I have been in Texas for a year but after a bad color experience in California years ago, I was gun shy. I found Shelby and went for a consultation. She gave me options and I liked her ideas. She also gave me a price range that included 2 other things, only if needed. She told me to do what I wanted with my hair would be approximately 6 hours and she was right on the money it was 6 1/2 hours. She devoted herself to achieving what my goal which was lighter hair with easier grow in. My hair turned out great, I love it and so does my husband. It feels fantastic and no breakage. All in all, it could not have gone better. She’s also very pleasant and concerned for your comfort. I can’t say enough about how wonderful my appointment went and to top it off her prices are very fair.

Amanda always takes care of me, down to knowing exactly what I want without knowing what I want. Excellent customer  service and friendly staff always, even if you’re not being seen by a particular hairstylists, you’re still treated as one of their own clients. I had been coloring my hair at home with box dye I know  since quarantine and hadn’t had a cut in probably 2 years. Booked an appointment with Amanda and this picture does NOT do my hair justice. Not only was she able to get rid of my at least 4 inch block of root growth, but the colors I once had added in lifted so well and there are so many gorgeous shades of blonde on my head now! Will 100% be back again!

Came here over the summer for an upper leg wax. The esthetician was double dipping the stick in the wax pot, which is ILLEGAL and completely unsanitary. They need to use a new stick every time. Not only did I leave with hair on my legs still but I left feeling worried I was going to get an infection.

I came in today for my first ever bikini wax. Maria was very professional and friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I definitely would highly recommend her.  I also had a gel manicure with Gina. She was also very friendly and did a great job making my hard working hands look good!Services:&nbsp;Waxing

I called to ask if they take Walk In oh course i was told NO, Appointments only.  What happened to good ol' customer service

Sure they were friendly enough.. Let me just say I asked for a Subtle balayage, picked a dark color , told her I like to stay dark.. and light brown for highlight. The hair dresser told me she believed we could achieve those colors. Also said she did not think I needed a toner after processing. My hair is completely orange and red, black in some spots. Does not look anything like the colors I picked, does not resemble a balayage at all. There is nothing subtle about it.. I mentioned that I have never had my hair colored professionally.  I feel as though this person knew they could not achieve desired results on my hair. I went in for consultation the day prior. She should know it would cause damage and she should have just told me she couldn't do it and achieve desired color .I paid good money for fried stripped and orange hair.

I’m new to this salon and see Jennifer for my lash extensions every 2 weeks. She’s wonderful! She does a great job and always makes sure I’m happy with my lashes before I leave! The girl at the front desk not sure of her name is super sweet and perky and remembers me every time! I’m always greeted with a smile! The owner was at the desk one of the times I went in and she took the time to ask me a few questions to make sure I was happy with my lash services! Overall, I’ve been very happy with this spa and the service there! Also, coming from Boston, I was used to paying a lot more for my lash extensions. The prices here are VERY reasonable! I would definitely recommend Luminous and Jennifer for lash extensions!
