Aside from the sprawling and maze like layout, the place is quite good. Rather steep vertical seating eliminates heads in front. The picture and audio quality is good. The ticket buying is a bit non-efficient, but once inside things smooth out. Additional extras being IMAX is nice. Usually good movies playing.

IMAX is amazing. The screen, sound, and seat rumble really make the experience. I had questions about my tickets that were purchased I'm advance online and they were able to assist but only after I went on person. They had recently changed over their ticket system and couldn't even find my purchase at first. But they were able to print the tickets and I was able to use them after all.

The sound was really good. The theater was okay at least it was clean. The chairs were squeaky. Bathrooms were clean. The lobby was actually pretty nice. The Highlight for us because we had time to kill was a really decent priced virtual reality game.

Had decent experiences here until today. Went to see a special showing of Mazinger Z (anime flick) show was supposed to start at 12:55. When 1:15 rolled around and no movie had started I went to ask what's wrong. Staff were almost all goofing off on the VR games they had set up there. They didnt even know that a movie wasnt working. Went back into theater, 5 min later another person went out to ask what's up, they told her they were having technical difficulties. 5 min later another person went out to ask what's wrong, guy in charge comes in and says they never received the movie and offered us vouchers or refund. I took a voucher but some people drove an hour to see this special release. I'm pretty annoyed at this theater at the moment, wasted 30 min not knowing what was going on and I had planned my day around seeing this so it screwed up my sunday. Poor customer service.

Employee at the front desk, on her cell phone shopping and didn’t socialize with customers or even ask if they had a Starpass. The atmosphere at this place, clearly tells you that the employees, don’t like their job.
