Love shopping at this Mall. It's beautiful. A mere 6.5 miles from the MacColl Field YMCA. No bike rack. Easy to access by public transportation. Parking is no fun but at the present the first two hours are free. I'd rather go there by bus and not have to deal with tickets, finding a spot, paying the fee, finding car, and finding the way out.

Money hole, unprofessional business & Absolutely disgusting staff. If I could give negative stars I would. Every contact with their office is like pulling teeth. Every staff is completely miserable. I gave a letter of employment to get a monthly pass to the office and they lost it and were rude to me like it was my fault, made me come back during their convienence with another. Now I pay a lot of money for a monthly pass (because I work in the mall and parking is not free for staff) and their system can read your license plate and let you in and out. I left my pass at home and was dropping my boyfriend off for work so I was probably in the garage 10 minutes max. They allow cars to park for free when parked for less than two hours. When I went to leave the garage the device wouldn’t read my plate and I was screamed at by one of their young staff. He yelled to the long line of cars behind me that I was trying to get out “with someone else’s” pass. All because I left my pass home. I offered ID, registration and he just screamed at me to reverse and go downstairs to their office to have my information verified like as if I was stealing my own car. I was so upset he accused me of such actions the situation escalated and the staff just made it worse. No manager, no back up, just an idiot kid acting like a parking space is homeland security. They let people out for less, again they scan the plate and as long as it’s under 2 hours which I was they let you go always !! So I went to leave the main office exit and it scanned, let me go. I called the office and spoke with the manager who again was an incompetent tool, the blind leading the blind. He basically offered me to cancel my membership and did not apologize or speak professionally in any manner. Needless to say, PARK ELSEWHERE.

Great mall with 4 floors of shopping! A food court at the top and an Imax movie theater and Dave N Busters right above that. Restaurants like UNO and The Ceesecake Factory bordering the street level. Huge parking garage but you pay by the hour and pay at the machines inside the mall by the doors.

Employee at the mall.. I have to take a break to move my car and not get charged the ridiculous amount of 10 dollars. Was over the 5 hour limit (so that they dont charge me the 10 dollars) by 42 seconds..which I spent 30 seconds talking to the manager to see if he can help me because the traffic to get out was horrible and was stuck for about 10 minutes to get out and no, it wasnt 10 minutes since I got in the car and got out Im talking about 10 minutes from where your already at the exit level (because one of their machines was also not working and that's why the traffic was bad) and he didnt seem to care and just said " Pay the amount. "!! It sucks because the mall's parking every day customers are the employees and if you guys dont take care of your daily customers why would you guys care about people that come in 1,2 or maybe 3 times a month!! Horrible!!

I've been using PreFlight/LAZ for many years now. I've had minor problems here and there, most recently the unfriendly woman at the gate messed up my parking reservation and charged me more than she should have. I went to the office and spoke to Al and Ron who were amazingly friendly and helpful. They offered me a free week of parking for my troubles. Even after the free week certificate expired, Ron issued me a new one, understanding that my travel plans fell outside of the date range originally offered.
