This is a nice branch with a lovely staff. Customer service has been great for the 10 years I've banked here.  With Provident in general, policies tend to be more human than at the huge banks; I get help when I need it and the corporate customer service reps are helpful/pleasant. I get reimbursed for any ATM fees as long as I meet some reasonable basic requirements. I joined because of one especially helpful staff member and have never been sorry.

I was stranded in Oklahoma once and I was able to buy a plane ticket because of them. While PNC Bank wouldn't accept the transaction. This bank is very helpful.

The bank Staff is the best!!! Dee is one of the best bank managers I ever did business with. Evelyn and Walter are the best!!!!
