Prudential hire's inept people, that do not know how to do their jobs.  I used Maria Miller, and ended up having to negotiate the whole deal myself, not only that... she did not advise me of the terms of the deal (some of which were unusual).  Maria does not understand that her job is to consult her clients on the terms of the contract, and to negotiate on behalf of her client.

I complained all the way up to the CEO (Bill Keleher) and VP (Chris Brown). They referred me back to the office manager Gary Large... and said "I'm sure whatever he comes up with will be fair."  

Gary's answer, after a long dissertation was: (and this is summarized, yet still almost an exact quote) 'You weren't going to recommend us anyway, so why should we give you a full refund...' (They gave me a 25% discount, because I was only partially misrepresented)

My answer was: "If you had given me a refund, because as Gary admitted... 'I was misrepresented to some extent' I would say Prudential does right by their clients... And I sure wouldn't go and waste more of my time relating my poor experience to the whole world... and that would save them a lot more then the small amount they were not willing to refund me." 

Well, this is me making sure that people know what type of company they are dealing with. I would be careful when choosing Prudential, They stand behind making money... not their clients.

For the most part, I agree with Nicholas -- Maria Miller is an inept realtor. I worked with her for several months, but I gave her much more time than she deserved because I was working long distance and didn't have to see her everyday. She has an OK personalilty, but she did not understand (or care about) our family's needs or requirements. She just showed us "whatever" and quite frankly, wasted a lot of our time and money.

On the other hand, Susan Riesebeck was an outstanding realtor. She really went out of her way for us and we got to where we needed to be in record time. I highly recommend Susan to anyone looking to relocate to the Morristown area.
