Moving can be a stressful but Prudential Van Lines took out some of the stress.  They showed up on time and loaded my furniture and boxes into the truck efficiently.  I was amazed when I saw how much stuff I had -- you see the boxes but then when you see it all in a truck it shows you how much stuff you actually have.  I lived in my house for 22 years and collected a lot of "stuff".  After the truck left, I thought I would be able to fit the remaining items into my car but when I packed the car, I realized it wouldn't fit.  I called them the next day and arranged to drop off additional boxes and they were pleasant.  The truck driver called me the night before delivery which was across the country and it was just as seamless on that end.  It was an excellent experience.  I'd recommend them highly.

Thank goodness I didn't move with this company.  Peter Susie the absolutely most offensive person I've ever had the "pleasure" of dealing with. 

After having the courtesy to inform him that my new company was using their preferred movers for my cross country move (instead of just not answering back), here is his reply -  

"Well,
Thanks for telling me on the 23rd, that you will supply me a list of what is to be moved,
then you email me this below, that you chose another mover. Super!

I wonder if you gave them a list or just took whatever dollar figure they threw at you.
If so, this mover must be a mind reader, because I can't quote you unless I know what you want moved.

If you did give them a list, I wonder why you would not give me a list.

Regardless, go with them and good luck." 

Followed by - 
Oh, you poor, poor dear, you thought I was rude to you.

I thought I was just being sarcastic.

I had no idea you were so sensitive.

Your politeness in replying to me is so much welcome and appreciated.

I hope this mover also smothers you with kindness and kisses that you so much need."

Well Peter, I'm sorry you're miserable in your job /life and need to take it out on people you don't know.  But I'm beyond relieved that I am not using your company.  And I hope no one else uses you either.

Total disaster lied to for 2 day’s !! Worst business experience I have ever had . 
Management was polite but the trucker lied for 36 hours while I waited for him . Guys name was Rob. ROB ME HE DId 
I cannot say worse things about the actual trucker . Had to get someone else at the last second to move our storage units to New Jersey 
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Not satisfied at all.... they quoted me a price and then when they picked up the move stuff they priced me time an a half extra of the original quote... the the driver delivering the move was super rude and didn't even took my couch to the apartment and they were telling me they were going to charge me an additional $75.00 per ever 75 feet they have to work... very unprofessional services and I ended up taking my couch up to my apartment with a friend of mine since the movers didn't want to do it... Please DO NOT use this company is not worth paying what they charged me which was super overpriced for a lot of unprofessional services.. rude people all across...

Almost two weeks late delivering our move and there customer service was beyond terrible. When the delivery did show up all of our things were mixed up with another families and I had to get in the trailer to tell the guys each individual item to take off.
