I just got my car back from Pruitt and it runs better than when I bought it. I had to get a new radiator and they went above and beyond what I expected. They are an EXCELLENT auto repair shop and treated me like a customer should be treated, I'll be going back for all my auto repair needs.

Since my first post I got another car (I wrecked the old one) and before I actually bought my car I took it for a test drive and had them check it out. They took a quick look and told me it was a solid buy, That car ran for over 3 years, never had any issues with it but I know that whenever I have a problem or need car advice, Pruitt is my go-to car place!

Courteous, professional, timely communications, reasonable price.  Even corrected leak in another area found after installation began (no extra charge).  Used them over 15 years ago and was very satisfied.  This time was even better!

I am in the midst of having several items repaired on my vehicle now. So far replaced a radiator and a fan blower that has temporarily been wired directly to my key switch until they put a used fan console in. Junk yard messed up and crushed the one I was supposed to get. I was told another one would be there on Friday, but when I called at 8:00 AM this morning, I was told it should be there around 9:30 or 10:00. 
Prices so far $179 for radiator. Blower we will see, probably about same, new timing chain and components and water pump $800.00. 
I have traded with them as needed for over thirty years and have always been satisfied with their work, but have only had radiator work performed prior to now. I will keep you posted on their performance regarding the rest of the work they are doing on my vehicle now.

I have taken my truck here several times before, for the same issue. And it was only after replacing the entire cooling system (and over $2000 later) that my truck finally began running right. But, because it was never fixed right the first time- and it continued to run hot... it blew a head gasket. So, I took my truck back to them (a 4th time) to break the engine down and replace the head gasket (which was going to cost another $2000 and a week without my truck) I went back a week later- and they haven't even started on it! Although they did inform me that they tried putting a sealer in it (as a band-aid). Needless to say, I was furious. I took my truck to Vintage Automotive on Winchester Rd. The guys name is Jacob and he will definitely be my new mechanic. Pruitt's has taken all the money they're ever gonna get from me! I would BEWARE!
