Boy did we have high hopes and gave Prunin many chances. I don't need to go into much as the other poor reviews are exactly the issue. What they communicate regarding attention to detail and customer service on their Web site was in poor form for us. Whether you are a customer that is spending $5000 or $500,000 service is service. Although I'm sure Rob has good intentions, a true understanding that no matter what customers spend on your services, they should all be treated with respect. We got the sense that we were not in his league and he really didn't want to waste his time.There was also a lot of turnover when we paid for our design and backyard. Promises made and yet when the turnover occurred, somehow we are now at fault. The feeling of being pushed to the side is not a place that I want to spend my hard-earned money.

Pruning just finished landscaping my front yard and I couldn't be more pleased. They provided me with a comprehensive quote that reflected all my requests. They provided me with a fast installation date & they arrived on time as promised. The workers were great and Raoul was wonderful to work with in placing the plants where I wished and make sure the irrigation and lighting all worked as needed. They cleaned up every night and finished on time. They weren't the cheapest, but they did a quality job, with quality workers and quality materials!

I recently called them up for my property maintenance and lawn care services. A dear friend had recommended me Prunin (long back though) for property maintenance service. Oh well, a really pleasant experience. I was given a really nice quote for the topflight results that they rendered me with. I just have to recommend this service! Thanks!

My husband wanted a beautiful landscape design for our new home. And, that is when we got in touch with them. This one is such an incredible landscape designing service. These guys helped us implement some really aesthetic exteriors and spruced up the way our space now looks. Thanks!

I recently tried Prunin for landscape design and installation. It was a very pleasant experience. The company really specializes in exterior spaces…. Oh, there’s so much of a beautiful view added to my outdoor living space now. A lot more innovative and creative 
