I've only been here once because I used to work up there right next to them. People seem really cool. There was a girl there who was incredibly pretty and nice. Should have asked for a name!

These people are amazing! It's true, they deliver as they promise. The best price in the area for the best quality and the best service. I am one of their regular customers (every week) and I have never once found a chance to be unhappy about them.

If there is a spot they cannot take out without damaging your items(very unusual), they will always let you know, and ask if you would like them to try again. 

They are very reasonable people, and very personal. Depending on the situation they can get your clothes to you a day early or something like that.

I've recently moved from Chicago and found PSQ.  Their prices were reasonable so I figured I would give them a shot.  The first time I brought 15 shirts and they did an OK job cleaning and pressing them.  There were some creases but it was adequate.  When I started wearing some of them I realized my collar stays were removed which was weird since I've never had this happen at any cleaners I had been to.   I assumed it was a mistake and someone forgot to put them in so I went to the store and bought replacement stays. I returned 2 weeks later with 11 shirts.  When I picked them up I realized the collar stays were gone again.  I asked the person at the desk and she said that I should have taken them out (which I would have if I knew they wouldn't).  This is the first time this had happened to me at any dry cleaners and considering I had to purchase another $10 worth of replacement stays I decided to call and speak with a manager.  I spoke with the boss and instead of making the transaction right she told me that I should have common sense.  I will no longer be going to this place.

I've used PSQ about 10 times and haven't had a problem yet. I tend to have a lot of problems with dry cleaners for some reason (are they all bad?), but PSQ has friendly, dedicated staff. I'm sure they screw up every now and then, just like all other cleaners, but I do have the feeling they are good at what they do. On one occasion, they got a mustard stain out of a white shirt without leaving a trace of the stain or their stain-removal process. I was impressed. It is low priced and compared to the usual places, you still have less probability of having something ruined and/or getting an attitude, so to me it's a great value and I like it.

PSQ DRY CLEAN SHRUNK MY PANTS AND REFUSE TO PAY FOR ALTERATION!!!

I've been their customer for a few years, the quality was always poor, but the price was very good. One day I noticed that 6 of my expensive wool pants that I brought from the cleaner are too short. I did my research on the Web, apparently it's a common problem with poor quality cleaners - incorrectly mixed chemicals used in dry cleaning process can result in shrinkage. 
The owner of the Libertyville location verbally offered to alter 3 of them for free, since I've been their good customer for a few years. I reluctantly agreed, they ruined 6 pairs, not 3, but figured it's better than nothing and I didn't want to fight. But when I finally decided to bring the pants, she said that if I didn't save the receipts (which I didn't since I paid cash) she wouldn't do anything about this issue.

SAVE YOUR RECEIPTS WHEN DEALING WITH DISHONEST PSQ DRY CLEAN OWNERS!!!
