FOUR stars (of five)... but only because: 

I've no experience with her as a "talk therapist," so I can't speak to that aspect of her practice. That being said, I have no doubt she's good. 

My experience with Dr. Keins is limited mostly to her being a Prescribing Psychiatrist. She provides me with Medication Management. 

In that capacity, Dr. Keins performs very well.  She quickly grasps my needs as I describe them and responds immediately to any reported medication problems.  She's very responsive in assisting with health insurance or prescription authorization issues, as well. 

Dr. Keins runs her own practice. Calls are answered by machine. She returns calls promptly. She is centrally located and parking is not an issue.  

My experience has been positive, and I highly recommend her.
