I’ve been to private physiotherapy clinics a few years ago and the physiotherapists spent exclusive one-on-one time with me. I started to seek out physiotherapy treatment again and chose PT Health – Limeridge based on convenience and good google reviews. I’m not sure if they are private or OHIP run but I found the quality of care not comparable to the care given in private clinics I went to before. Based on a couple of visits, I liken the clinic’s care to an assembly line therapy for the following reasons: at least three patients share the same appointment time and less than 5 minutes on hands-on therapy done by either the physiotherapist or one of his assistants. They find themselves doing very basic modalities like hot packs and electric simulation just so they can stay on time. The fee that PT Health charges is almost the same as the private clinics I went to before. It's true that that the staff are friendly, welcoming and outgoing however I expect quality care too and I didn’t find it with this clinic.

Brennan Patrick is the best massage therapist I have ever had. I've had back pain for 2+ years and saw many different therapists without relief. I asked for the strongest therapist when I called pt Health and was not disappointed. I've been treated by Brennan for approximately 5 months and finally have relief. Thank you so much Brennan.

Love going to the Limeridge location. Beth and Tama are the primary physio people i work with and they are excellent. They take the time to show you how to do the exercises and help you when you are having difficulties. They make it fun and want to be there. Nancy is massage therapist and she is excellent as well. Always feel good after a session with her. Over all I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs to do physio or massage treatments. Keep up the great work.

Beth provides attentive care, answers all my questions and thinks about my overall well-being in addition to treating my physical condition. I have total trust and confidence based on great results. You won't be disappointed by the professional service and high quality care provided at Limeridge Physio.
