During an unauthorized update to windows 10, my internet connection was shut down for several hours.  This resulted in a total lock down of my lap top.  After over an hour talking with Microsoft, I was told their was nothing they could do.  I would have to take my laptop to a Microsoft store.  The closest one is over 7 hours away.  Rather than make that trip, I took my laptop into Ptolemy Data Systems ( Sheridan Computer) in Sheridan WY.  I explained my problem to Rick Johnson and he assured me he could probably fix the problem.  Three hours later he called me to say he had restored windows 7 (which is exactly what I wanted), was able to save all my files and pictures.  He also added extra protection, made sure the laptop was virus free and changed  updates so that they can ONLY be installed with my permission.  His rates were entirely reasonable, his level of customer service was perfect!  I would encourage anyone with computer problems to make Sheridan Computer your first stop!!  My thanks to Rick Johnson for an excellent job!
