Not the greatest ... Will not tell you exactly, what happens until checks are signed .. 

 Secretaries will tell you after you signed of course  all of your rights away , the  adjusters is on  vacation or who 

really knows.   Confusing manipulation like you should sign with us . We are the best . 

Senior Citizen be very weary and check BBB ( Better Business Bureau ) complaints .  Just a big 

sales ploy . 

Hey,  I am not very easily deceived,  but trusted someone and forgot to check all reviews.  I should have trusted my gut feeling .... Oh,  boy next time .. I will check out reviews  and really check out every single detail and comments about any company on GOOGLE even if it says rating are 4 out five .  Usually I find the two or three stars out of five  ( who rate them fairly) are usually what the company is really marketing them selves as brand name. I rated 1 out of five .  Just cautious at who I sign with because after the ink is dried , Good Luck> 

Really have to read all reviews ,even if you have to read every one your... talking about thousands and thousands  dollars of your hard earn money .  Just being honest , just felt used and abused.  

What it breaks down to get it in contract and read the fine print and ask a lot of questions , eventually you get the answers you need.  Doing that and see if the agent is talking in circles or just legit.  Trying to be partial because I am a business owner for 20 years and they may be the right for you .  Sorry I pass never recommend them do to the fact cost me too much stress and aggravation .  Be your own judge .

For me the work was done right away (same day), with reputable companies that they have an agreement with that will wait to be paid. Sure it took a while for the money to come through but It was the insurance company not them. Im not sure what the issue is. Giving them 5 stars.

Had water damage to my house from a broken pipe. My insurance company didn't want to pay me the full amount of damage. Jeff Wagner and Insurance Claims Negotiator helped me recover enough to not only fix the broken pipe but also get a new carpet from the water damage. Thanks ICN!

Nothing but aggravation and deceit with the President running the company.  Untimely or no follow-through on agreed-upon dealings with this  insurance company resulted in over $8,000 loss of my property and building claim.  They held all the cards - won't  sign off on insurance issued checks (once you contract with a Public Adjuster, both names are on insurance-issued checks - are you aware of this ???).
