I believe first impressions mean a lot in this world and Steve was not only an amazing source of information but also just a kind-hearted human being. He made me feel completely comfortable and secure with where I would be storing my items, and it just came naturally to him. One can tell he is a great resource for that company. Our unit was completely clean and ready when we needed it too!

Naperville, IL people and facility are great.  Corporate business model towards customer service/satisfaction with a 10% annual rate increase dedicated to attrition might be great for stake/stock holders but bad for regular customers engaged with their brand and products.  (It shines a bad light on good facilities and good people doing good work for their customer/client base.)  
Very disappointing!

Steve was great with answering all my questions and showing me the facility. The storage site was very clean and easy to get to. I highly recommend this location.
