Great customer service from Tony, I've been a Public Storage client before at other locations and was very impressed with Tony's abilities to walk the the contract, etc with me. Fun sense of humor made the whole process easy!

Jerome was a good server, my sis in law does not speak english so I helped her, and he is very patient, gave us tour and explain everything completely.

We had a limited amount of time to move so we got a storage unit here to pack our things away ahead of time. We are collectors and I was extremely nervous about leaving our stuff in storage (with all the horror stories about rats and break-ins in reviews for other places) but I really worried for nothing! We got a great deal with no pressure and the space we got was clean and dry with more than enough room. The woman who signed me up was very kind and helpful (I apologize I can't remember her name!). Tony was very friendly and great about communication and making sure we were happy. Great service, absolutely would store there again!

This by far is the best experience I've had with a storage facility! Tony was very helpful and answered all my questions plus more. I would highly recommend this facility for storage.

The customer service is horrible. The employees give out incorrect information about costs and the policies for cancelling your unit. The pricea advetised online are not accurate. After 3 months they changed my monthly rate from $99 to $186 and when i cslled to ask why they said they just adjusted to meet demand. However when i checked online and had a friend call, they told her my original price for a NEW unit! Complete scam!!! When the manager was contacted he says there is nothing he can do and doesnt try to work with the customer at all. I will never rent from another location with this company again.
