Debbie and Anne were so friendly. They took the time to go over all the charges of my bill and showed me to my unit. Also made sure that if I needed anything, I can ask them and they would be willing to help. The facility was very clean and easy to get around.

Debbie was so helpful to me! This is the first time I have rented a storage unit and it was a really easy, non threatening transaction. She was very knowledgeable and kind. Thank you!

Horrible horrible horrible. Did I mention horrible? They are rodent infested and disgusting. Had several items that I made the mistake of storing there ruined. Rude customer service as well. They will treat you like gold to get you to sign the contract then forget about it. Won't return calls and will claim they did. You tell them you can provide proof that you never received a call from them and they will call you a liar. Forget about trying to get in touch with corporate. They keep that number well hidden as well. I finally tracked down the regional manager's number and surprise he did not answer or ever return a call either. I would feel more confident storing my items in my front yard then at one of their facilities ever again. User beware

I really enjoyed visiting this storage facility.  I made an appt on my lunch break and i was in and out in no time! The property managers were kind and helped me with all my needs! Anne & Debbie were very personable and their customer service was excellent! Will recommend to friends and family!

This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a storage company. For starters, when I initially rented my unit the staff didn't honor my move in special from booking online. They told me that my offer had expired; the offer was quoted less than 24 hours beforehand. I still decided to go with this company, really wish I would have picked another place. 
A few months after moving in I decided to go check on my unit. When I opened my door, RATS ran out! My belongings had been chewed up and rat feces were EVERYWHERE! There was also water damage. I contacted the management after I removed my belongings and let them know about the rats and other concerns I had. The lady's response was, "Well you are still responsible the the whole months rent." She didn't apologize about the rats or anything. I got my belongings out on the 2nd. And she still wanted the entire months rent.
Do yourself a favor and choose a different storage facility. This has been a nightmare.
