"Excellent staff response to all my request. I had reserved a space for my Dodge Ram Truck and was going to bring it in the next day. Due to the cold snap my truck would not start. The staff held my space for a number of days until I could replace the batteries in the truck. I went to the Office to see if there was a service to give me a ride back to my house after storing my vehicle. There was no such service but one of the guys stated as I did not live to far away he would drive me home, what a kind and generous thing to do. I completed the paper work and was taken to my storage unit where I was given assistance in storing my vehicle and shown all the security precautions taken to protect my locker, All the staff were very pleasant and I would recommend Public Storage in Orleans for any storage needs. The price was very competitive."

I had a great experience at Public Storage. I rented a 10'x10' heated storage; making the reservation was quick and easy, and I was offered different pricing for different lengths of time, which was perfect for what I was looking for. Calvin was very helpful with making my move out hassle-free. I'd definitely use them again!

A great experience overall! We moved our 4 bedroom house into a large unit with no problems whatsoever. Very large property with lots of room to unload the truck and pack the locker!

My experience with public storage has been very awesome. My relief manager by the name of Calvin C. has been outstanding in his service for me. I definitely recommend Public Storage for all your storage requirements and needs. Public Storage has been extremely accommodating  for my all my needs and the staff including Calvin has always had a big smiles on there face. I also would like to mention Public storage is very well organized & apon entry of loading my first locker unit I found the locker to be very very clean. Thank you so very much Public Storage and all of your staff for the Ottawa Team...Super Congradulations.

AMAZING experience at Public Storage in Orleans. I have stored my stuff with a lot of different companies around Ottawa and no one has provided me with the level of service that Public Storage in Orleans has. I would like to mention that the manager (lady with short black hair) went above and beyond to inform me on everything I was signing. I will definitely return here to store items again.
