Rafik is a pretty cool dude. Facilities are clean and very well maintained. Make sure to go online, and take advantage of the 1st timers $1.00 special for any sized unit.

Rafik very helpful helpful in Made getting in here very easy for me. Right now they can move in for one dollar only which lowers your upfront cost. 5 star guy.

I am definitely a fan of this Public Storage location. Aside from the prices being Los Angeles status, they've been great during my move and transition. The location is perfect, right next to the 101. Rafik is the most awesome employee I've talked to there -- I was past payments and he helped me get back on track and get into my unit without anything being tampered with. I'll continue to use Public Storage wherever I go. Thank you, Rafik!

Rafik was extremely helpful. When one promotion had expired he went the extra mile and found a similar promotion to fit my needs! Also, on moving day he came out again to show me the unit without complaint in 100 degree weather! Love this guy!
