Came in and paid my bill as usual, the kind bloke in the office knew who I was as soon as I pulled up. He already had the account up and he greeted me with kindness as soon as I came in the door. Excellent customer service all the way.

I really like paying my bill at this location, its quick and easy. The staff seems to switch up a lot, but every person I encountered there was both nice and professional.

What can I say... I came in to pay my bill and the guy there was so nice. He even stood up to greet me as came in through the doo, now thats class.

Came in to pay my sisters bill at the counter was quite the gentleman. Its hard to find good customer service nowadays, but not at this public storage. :)

The two guys that work there are very helpful and able to tell you anything you need to know.  The customers instead of them throwing their trash in the garbage bin they will leave it in the hallway and outside where you walk into your storage unit just trifling.
