Jennifer and Samantha took VERY good care of me and eased much of the stress of moving! They are BOTH an important and valuable asset for Public Storage! From showing me various size spaces (I chose a LARGE ONE!) to handling the sign-up and handing me the keys to my new unit... I could not have had a better experience! If you need storage space, this is where you want to go!

Jennifer was very  informative.
 Very easy and understanding process.
She was very knowledgeable & she was extremely patience with me.👍
Keep in mind this is my first time ever having to use a storage.
 You can imagine all my questions I asked.

Samantha Serrano was awesome, professional and polite.  I had a random issue that was a little annoying and had been ongoing for a week or so, when I called back the property this time Samantha went above and beyond to help me.  I was supposed to call her back but totally forgot and she followed up with me just to inform me that everything was done and to make sure I was all set and satisfied.  She definitely went above and beyond!  Good customer service like this is rare so she deserves more than 5 stars!  Thank you Samantha!

JENNIFER is very informative & has great customer service & helpful. I'm disable and on oxygen and she has great patience with me.  Samantha However when I called to check on my account was very unprofessional and not listing she wanted to over talk when I asked about my autopay concern. Samanth told me if I didn't want to pay I could move my stuff out My finance came to place items inside the space and he spoken to Samantha about the elevator not working she told him to go around to the other elevator she told him didn't want to reset it or check on it I was on my walker waiting for access to go up..  I have the correct address on file I don't know why I didn't receive my letter about the rate increase and I'm currently waiting for a response from the district manager. I was refered to public storage and I'd like to keep my location if the price is right.  I'm hoping when I come down to the location Jennifer will be working she is wonderful.

It's our first time to rent a storage unit.  I reserved a unit online, and they called us to made an appointment to view the unit.  Jennifer is the one who help us.  She is very nice and made the process quick and easy.  Unfortunately, the second day, we don't need the unit anymore because our problem.  Jennifer is very nice to help us.  If next time I need a unit, this location will be our first choice.  Recommended!  :)
