first of all the young lady forgot to say on Saturdays and Sundays they close at 5 and not 6 so when I came with my stuff to unload they were closed already and I had to wait the next day to put my things in storage and on top of that had to pay an extra day for my U-Haul. Secondly they had a friend of theirs hanging around the office having lunch with them.   Then when I was removing my items from Storage my fiance noticed a roach crawling on the door to the unit. I hope to God my stuff was not ruin by bugs or roaches. when I moved into my new house we saw a roach crawling from my dining table. I only kept my stuff there for a month and 1 week they do not reimburse you like extra storage if you do not use the entire month. which I should have listened to my fiance and went with extra storage space and not Public Storage. when I asked to use a flatbed / dolly they only had one which was already taken by someone else.  There's never one person at the office these girls are always walking around together , instead of having one person in the office and the other person walking around to clean up. Very disappointed. In the future I will choose another company

This was my first time renting at public storage excellent  service Sofia Mirena was very helpful, kind I had gotten  lost  she was very understanding  and showed me where my storage ŕoom was. Thank you for your great service
