Dealing with Diane over a period of time, has only increased my respect for her and Public Storage. Dealing with large corporations, their face becomes the person that you have contact with. Public Storage is well-represented by Diane, and instead of being just another storage facility, it feels more like an extension of home. Kudos to Diane and to Public Storage. Highly recommend.

I have been using this place for years. Always clean. Shortly after my last visit, I received a personal phone call asking how my visit was without any other BS or sales pitch. Just checking, real quick. The service is always so nice and helpful. Diane seems to be there every time I have visited. Oh yeah, they just got new carts. Doesn't sound like a big deal but, the do ride SMOOTH.

This past Friday, despite the freezing cold  the employee on duty ( Ms. Diane) was very pleasant ,professional and very helpful! It's great to know that you can alsways count on her help with anything from getting supplies to getting into the unit. Great place to store anything you want ( including important things that you or your kids love, don't need for now but need to be stored safely for later).Thank you Ms. Diane, for making this a great experience!

Cold and snow making everything outside messy but there are always a few friendly faces to make it all better. Diane at Public storage is one of those few. Facility is well maintained. Diane knows her stuff and always goes the extra mile for her customers. Good people really do make a difference.

Diane is really great. Always helpful and easy to work with - even in sub-freezing weather. Wish everyone in the world was like her. Great customer service. Facility is always clean. I like doing business with this facility and the folks that work here, especially Diane..
