This review is being posted by David Boyd on this account. I have been a Public Storage customer for over a year. I recently had a issue with my unit and was directed to one of the on property managers and Rich the District Manager. They both went out of their way to insure that the problem was resolved in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. I would most definitely recommend this Public Storage location to any and all family and friends in need of their service. My hat is off to Tay & Rich!

Tay the property manager was very helpful and attentive with our move in. Any questions and doubts I had from the beginning, she was able to assess the situation and made it easier for me and my husband to move all of our belongings up to returning any items bought which we didn’t end up not using. I can’t ask for more and definitely would refer anyone to this facility with the great customer service and no doubt expect it each time you need anything from her. Thanks for always going above and beyond Tay! Keep it up 😀

Helped my brother with his process on storing his car at this place and Tay made it simple, quick and convenient. Very detailed with all the info we needed. We truly appreciate her customer service

went in for information on storage facility and was greeted very nicely by Tay and Karen. They answered all my questions and provided me with good feed back on everything I asked for. Was very satisfied with their customer service. Thank you Tay and Karen.

Started at paying $60 when I rented my 5x10 unit less than years ago. Now paying $114, they increase prices by more than 20% once you are there for awhile. Scam, Roof is in disrepair. No carts to help move things. Have to buy insurance and lock for additional $10-$20 per month. Hard to get in and out of gate and property from road. Overpriced for this area.
