I had a great experience when I went  to visit Public storage Anabel did such a great job I rented a storage space on the spot. Anabel is a fine example of customer service and her great personality was really a pleasure. If you all don't take care of her I will recruit her to my business.

My wife and I have a unit rented at a Public Storage. Once I get our property out of there I'll never do business with them again. I also will not ever recommend Public Storage to anyone. There are several reasons why.

1 - They advertise first month for $1.         
     When you go to rent storage unit 
     that's when they hit you with the 
     truth. Once they charge you with
     all the extra fees it cost over $100.

2 - If you're going to be late paying the
     rent they won't even attempt to work
     with you. You can call them and 
     explain your situation and tell them
     a definite day you can pay and they
     still won't work with you. Doesn't
     matter if it's extra 2 days or a week.

3 - They will cut your lock even though
     you're communicating and trying to
     work with them on rent. They make
     you buy a particular kind of lock 
     which they sell and charge $28. 
     So each time they cut your lock
     you have to pay them $28 for
     another lock.

4 - When they cut your lock they are 
     only supposed to be allowed to
     raise the door and take a picture
     of the inside. They've cut our lock 
     twice and both times they have
     gone through our things and each
     time we've had things come up 
     missing. When we said something to
     them we basically were called liars.
