Come in every month to do my payment at this location even though I do not store there. I am always greeted with smiles when I come in. This morning was greeted with nice smiles from Lauren and Dayanna! Thanks a lot girls!

I decided to rent a storage unit today and chose Public Storage.  I did the express check in online and before I could finish the form online I received a phone call.  I thought that was great.  Then arrived to the smiling friendly faces of a helpful staff and instantly greeted by Estephanie and Jasmine.  Both of the ladies were friendly and helpful.  This transaction was very smooth and both of the ladies seem to work together very well.  Thank you ladies for your help.

Customer service is excellent.  Process from start to finish was so fast and very informative.  Highly recommended it.

The workers here are great.  Chris, I believe he is the manager, has always been helpful and says hello every time he sees me.  He even remembers things we've talked about even though it's been 4 months since I was there.  Yeah it's just storage, but these people add the most value for what you get.
