As I sat this morning and had my coffee I was reading the reviews for this property and I will tell you that these reviews were posted before most of these tenants moved in. I have been at the public storage for 2 1/2 years and I have had issues from day one. The first issue is the cart usage. You have to give them your drivers license before taking a cart because they are locked up and you only have access to them during business hours. In the evenings, if there is 2 employees, they will usually leave for a half hour or so and you have to wait till they return to get your license back. I am a DJ and on 4 occasions I was very late because I had to wait for the staff to give me my license back. The prices you pay coming in will not remain the same. I started out paying $129 for a 10x10 and as right now I am paying $178 for the same space. The rents will increase periodically so beware of that. If the gate is broken you won't have access to your storage after the staff leaves at 6pm. I had to rent equipment for an event because I didn't have access to my storage after hours. I arrived at Public Storage at 7:15pm on a Friday night. My gig was at 10pm. To find that kind of equipment that late at night is virtually impossible. Thanks to Guitar Center I was able to get some equipment from them. The staff is frequently unavailable in the evenings and when they are showing storage units so be aware of that. As of today 1-31-18 I am moving out of this facility because I have had enough. For the amount of money you pay you do not get your monies worth. I would do my research before renting here. Make sure to read the reviews carefully. You will find that those who have rented here have similar issues. BTW: I hate leaving bad reviews. Maybe this will make them aware of what the customers are experiencing and make the proper changes to better serve them.

Anessa & Tabitha were very friendly. They made me feel very comfortable. Best customer service I’ve experienced! If you happen to visit this public storage, request to work with them! Definitely worth it!

The service here was amazing. My dad is on a fixed income and they helped us figure out the best plan so that he stayed within his budget. Tabitha dealt with my stressed out attitude and gave us great customer service. Thank you Tabitha, Vicki and Shawna for helping make this transition smooth for my father.

Amazing customer service!! Tabitha went way out of her way to give me the best price and best unit to fit my needs. The entire property is clean and well maintained. I recommend this facility for all your storage needs in the San Gabriel Valley!
