The sweetest . Very patient . Very helpful. The most welcoming . She made me feel like family. This was my first time renting a storage unit and it was super easy with her. I even forgot my I.D and was juggling my 3 kiddos and she totally made it feel like a breeze . Thank You... even though I WAS sweating haha ...I felt like I didn't even have to break a sweat signing up and every thing.  We love our unit ..♡

I recently had to get a storage unit at the last minute due to a CRAZY landlady and I was not in the best frame of mind when I arrived at public storage and was greeted by Barbara.  She remembered me from our brief phone call the night before and I immediately felt right at home.  She was so kind and understanding that for a moment I didn’t feel so bad about my situation.  She got me signed up quickly and efficiently and even shared some personal aspects of her own life.  I felt much better after our encounter and would refer anyone to the Public Storage on Pamona in Costa Mesa.  Thank you so much Barbara!  The world could use more angels like you!

Barbara was a great help and very friendly.  The place is kept nice and clean.  It was a pleasure and easy renting and getting moved in

Facility is clean, the staff extremely helpful, and the gate hours are very reasonable (6am - 9pm).
