This was my first time renting a storage unit, I was completely clueless. I was greeted immediately upon entering the store. The store associate, Ashley explained everything to me, step by step. She was patient and extremely helpful. I cannot express how much Ashley made me feel appreciated as a customer. The facility is well kept and easy to access. I would highly recommend this location. Its all about customer service and this place has it ! They also have great rental deals!

Let's put it this way... I rarely give out 5 stars... in this case; it's well deserved. Ashley made sure that my experience at Public Storage is always better than expected. For example, I rented a new unit last week; there were many people renting units or waiting to rent units or pay their rent... And Ashley handled it all like a Boss. Very well. Very Professional! Very quickly... Bravo! Thank you. And Thank you Ashley.

I walked in to the office at the Public Storage facility in Spring 
Valley NY when I was immediately asked if I needed help. Every question I had was answered and explained.  I was given a tour of the facility and received an explanation of how the gates worked.  Within minutes I knew that this was the place for us so I reserved a 5 x 10 unit.  Before I left everything was explained pertaining to our agreement.  I would highly recommend Public and the sales person Jay for his careful presentation.

On march 23rd of 2014 I went to the storage for a space. I was immediately greeted by Ashley, who instantly understood my needs and provides me with a unit. She reminds me every month of my duty to the storage. We are like family. I most say I had a great experience because of her providing outstanding customer services.

I have been a costumer since September 2015. I always come in to pay my bill with ashley. She is great. The location is clean and has good lighting. I appreicate the customer service i always recieve.
