I rated this a thee-star only because the two spaces I viewed had obvious water damage, and one of them was still a bit damp on the floor. However, I would rate this a 5 in customer service because of how Richard handled the situation. I had accepted the space and paid before it before I saw the water spots on the floor and ceiling. Richard was apologetic and offered several workarounds, such as laying tarp down and over my stuff until he could get someone to repair the roof, and offering a different space. I ultimately decided not to rent storage there, and he fully refunded me less an initial $25 fee. He could easily have been unyielding as I'd already signed an agreement, but he was kind and understanding about it.

Richard made my move to public storage seamless and hassle free! He was helpful in all aspects of the transaction, from the initial consultation, all the way to my delivery with a 53' tractor trailer. Kudos to you sir!

I had a great experience with this facility. The manager 'Richard' helped me in a timely manner when storage was need at the last minute.  He was gracious and efficient.  I will return to this facility if a need arises in the future.

My unit got RATS in it (no food source present) and my belongings were covered in feces and urine.  I was told to file a claim with my insurance because they are not liable.  They did throw in some poison because they are well aware of the issue.  
Maintenance requests for repairing a light fixture in the unit have gone undocumented and the issue remains.  The reason for the issue was because electrical work is "expensive". 
My account is now magically on autopay without authorization.  
I had originally given this place 5 stars because of the good up front service during leasing, however once you are in the door it seems that is where it stops.

Today I discontinue rent a 5 by 5 unit from this place. Due to three reason: 1. The rent jump three times since June 2015. I have a non-climate control 5 by 5 unit and I am paying over 110 a month. I did not even recieved the rent raised notice. 2. I have seen serious rat problems. I stored my artworks and some books. And some of them got damaged. And guess what the management did after I ask them to resolve the problem; they put a package rat poison in the area and that is all. 3. The staff I have met there every time is old white gentleman with an attitude. Today after I told him that I am moving out the unit due to the rising rent without being notified. He was never even look at me, just kept typing and told me that the notice went out on Jan. After that, he left a paper on the counter. I have to ask him should I sign or do something. He answered with a very arrogant voice "The paper shows that your account is closed." What kind of the service was that?
Considerate the damage I have got on my works. I will strongly asking people to boycott the place.
