I came in to buy merchandise and Ms Tanisha was very helpful and informative also very nice and eager to help, and She even helped me carry my merchandise out to my car. If she is this nice when I just come in to make a purchase, I can image how happy her tenants are! Tanisha you are the best #property number 08529 Thank you Tanisha!!! Patricia was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was given 72 hours to relocate for my job and needed to secure a storage space, move items in and leave the next morning. I arrived at her location about 2 hours before closing time. I had all paperwork done and was taken to my space and shown all things needed to avoid a disaster with my time crunch. She literally took my problem as her own and did more than a "typical employee" would do in that situation. I can't put a value on what she did for me, and someone in corporate needs to make sure that she is valued and recognized for outstanding customer service. She is truly an asset that is becoming very rare and hard to come by. Thanks again Patricia! You are a blessing!

I arrived at the store and saw the sign saying the clerk would be back at 4:10. It was 3:50 so I decided to wait. About 4:10 I got out of the car and waited at the door. Still no one there. Then about 4:25 I looked up and saw the sign was down, so I went in. The clerk was sitting down behind the desk. When I said I didn't see her, she said, "I saw you. I waved at you but you didn't see me." So rather than being rude I just said, "must be nice to have a job you can come and go as you please." What I WISH I would have said was, "If you knew that I didn't see you, why didn't you open the door and say something like 'my apologies for being a little later than I had planned. Please come on in." Instead she just sat there.... This the 2nd time in about 3 weeks that I have been there and the clerk was not there. So bottom line, customer service is NOT their strong point.

Stop by this location today to inquire about renting a storage unit. The young lady that work there Tanisha, was so helpful,and friendly.
