My husband and I were looking for a place to put our things as we were downsizing from our home. We called a few different places, but we weren't getting good vibes. On our way home we passed by a public storage on Algonquin Rd near this Pizza factory, so we decided to stop in. There we were greeted by Maria and Renee, to our surprise they were so nice and patient with us! They explained all of their policies and recommended a unit that was a little less expensive than the one my husband thought we needed. A few days later we moved our things in and they were right! All of our things fit and we were able to save some money! Talk about customer service!! I definitely recommend this location to anyone with storage needs!! Thank you Maria and Renee!!

I was lucky enough to get help from both Renee and Maria. They are extremely friendly and helpful. Explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions! Great customer service at this location.

Needed to find a storage unit that was acceptable to me. I found a unit online received a call back from Maria immediately. We set up an appointment for me to check out the unit and it great. Maria was fantastic with getting me set up and answered all my questions. Highly recommend this location.

My experience was great. Renee was really a great help to me and my family. Moving is not the easiest thing to do and Renne made things nice and simple for me. She deserves FIVE stars -Chris Willis
