Leigha is a real gem. It is because of her service that I rate Public Storage on Tuxedo Road the best. She is extremely helpful and very courteous.  She explained everything very clearly.  She's very cooperative in meeting complicated requests. I feel completely confident that all our stuff is in good hands and a safe place. The facility is very clean and the units are reasonably priced. I loved the fact they have 24hr surveillance and key code entry. Thank you Leigha for all you do!!!

I came in the other  day  to pay for my mother's bill. Leigha was working up front and she was super friendly and inviting . she was very informative. I felt comfortable to be able to ask a few questions regarding  my mother's bill. she definitely  knows what she's doing.

This is my only experience with Public Storage and so far I find it excellent and an excellent value for what the market bears in the DC metro area - almost 1/2 the price of DC locations only a few miles away.  It is clean, easily accessible to the freeway, and the property manager Leigha is very helpful and professional.  Although I do have a strong disagreement with Public Storage's overall policy of charging new customers for their mandatory cylinder lock ($19.99 - ouch), I would go with PS again if the price was fair.
