I've been at this location for several years. Shawna has gone out of her way to be helpful and friendly. She keeps this location clean, secure and is very knowledgeable and open to your needs. I highly recommend this location for any storage needs. Shawna helps to make this location wonderful. Thank you very much.

I stopped into the office and was looking for some information on protecting my stuff when I move. Shawna the Property Manager was VERY helpful and knew her stuff about the products. She made me feel very comfortable, the office was very clean as well as the property. I will for sure stop back in for anything I may need for my move. THANKS SHAWNA for all of your help.

I came into the office the other day and the property manager, Shawna, was very helpful and very nice. I honestly didn't know much about storing our stuff and wasn't sure what I was looking for, but Shawna was very knowledgeable and helped me make the best decision for my family. This property is also very clean and convenient to get to.

I do not recommend this facility. Absolutely awful. Unprofessional, rude, demeaning, aggressive behavior from the property manager. Moving out of the unit appeared to be a personal affront to the property manager, as if I was taking money out of her pocket or something. I followed the online procedure for vacating my unit. I notified the facility via my online account, went to move out on my scheduled day, and planned to sweep my unit clean & go into the office when I was finished. Between 1130am and 1200pm, the property manager at Rudderow Ave in Maple Shade, NJ, came out to my unit, and demanded that "You know you have to pay the entire month even if you're moving out on the 1st, right? You still owe the entire month!" She berated and embarrassed me in front of my companions and strangers who were moving in next door, discussed my personal business in front of all those people, all when I have done nothing to deserve such behavior. Since I was literally in the middle of moving large pieces of furniture, I told her I would discuss it in the office with her when I was finished moving. The office was open until 5 PM that day, so why on earth was this woman harassing me so vindictively at this point when I already informed Public Storage that I was moving out that day? About 15 minutes later, I received a rude message on my voicemail demanding payment for the entire month. First of all, I planned to go into the office when I was finished moving out of the unit and settle things up. I followed the check out instructions on the website, so why is this "property manager" running out to my unit to give me ultimatums? If there were further checkout instructions that were not included in the online checkout, wouldn't it make sense to send out an email? What part of "I am moving out today and I already agreed to come into the office to settle things up" did your employee not understand? Because of the "property managers" behavior, I decided to call and speak to someone in charge, however, I am unable to get a live person to speak to via any of the phone numbers I could find. Even worse, within 6 hours of this incident, my online account was terminated -- so I am unable to go online and pay anything! I have no way now to review any of my online agreements or account information. I was NEVER informed that there is no prorating, in fact, the property manager insisted multiple times to me when I signed the contract that I could move out at ANY time, without ANY penalty or obligation. When I signed up for this unit, I asked the manager multiple times if I could move out an ANY time. She stated that there was NO commitment, no charges for moving out, I could move out at any time, and if moving out before the 6th of the month it is prorated on a daily basis. I moved out on the 1st of the month. I am completely disturbed by the aggressive, rude, and unprofessional behavior of your employee. I need a corporate office number where I can speak directly with a real live person. I have tried to call and am unable to speak to anyone except the property manager and the local supervisor; I want a number to talk to someone at corporate customer relation. This morning I received a bill demanding payment in 10 days with threats of action against me. The emails states I can log in and pay, however, I was LOCKED OUT of my account and have no way to do anything, unless I call and pay by phone, which is an ADDITIONAL charge. I assure you, this is not about the $115 Public Storage wants me to pay for an entire month when I moved out on the 1st (and followed their directions to do so). This is well beyond that at this point for me. *IN addition, property managers are soliciting reviews and walking customers through it, even brand new customers. Yes, they are soliciting reviews from brand new customers who have not even moved into their units yet. Are they asking customers who are not so happy to leave reviews, or just targeting new or happy customers? See my post for more info on Facebook ebbrown/author

I've been a customer of this facility for 9 years. I recently wanted to downsize my storage space and Shawna guided me through the best way to accomplish this. Very friendly and courteous.
