The experience at public storage with Jessica and sherlonda was very impeccable. Very direct and very helpful. Answered all questions. It was very convenient. Gave me the best bang for my buck!

If you are looking for a storage unit near the Horn Lake area, I would definitely recommend checking out Public Storage Horn Lake on Goodman Road! They have great specials for new customers and dealing with Sherlonda made the experience simple. She definitely makes you walk out with a smile knowing your belongings are in safe and secure unit.

Absolutely horrible experience. Verified the reservation twice on the phone. Asked if I needed to come that day to.pay and was told no, it was fine, just come on move in day. Verified this again the day before move in. Got there on the day and was told they did not have the space and were not going to honor the confirmed price. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Pretty sure the special internet price was a scam to get me in and then switch unit and price on me day of. No response from call to district manager. DO NOT GO HERE!
